You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
When you submit benches, moments, comments, or photos, you grant BenchFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content.

BenchFinder provides bench locations for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or legal accessibility of any bench listed. Always respect private property, posted signs, and local laws. Visit benches at your own risk.
BenchFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Bench submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly. We may remove any content at our sole discretion. Users can report inaccurate or inappropriate content using the report feature on any bench.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account feature in your profile settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BenchFinder constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
